Nothing here matches.
That's the point.
That's the point.
Why?
You've been in it. Someone typed "floor lamp" into a search bar, sorted by reviews, and bought the fourth one down. Then did the same for the side table, the vase, and the thing on the shelf above the sofa.
Nothing in that room is wrong. Nothing in it is a mistake. It's also not saying anything, and the person who lives there couldn't tell you why.
That isn't bad taste. It's default taste — technically fine, algorithm-approved, entirely forgettable, and available in infinite quantity. It's the only thing we're really selling against.
Everything here is for using. If an object can't add value to your living room, it shouldn't be in one.
We price for what a thing is worth owning, which lands all over the place.
A line that doubles in a month isn't a line, its a feed. A few pieces land every Friday, nothing else.
The reason Moodier exists. Paper, opal glass, brushed metal, and a few things closer to sculpture than lamp. If you only ever buy one thing here, buy a light - it changes the room at six in the evening in a way furniture can't.
Shelves, trolleys, modular units, the things that get the pile off the floor.
Storage is usually sold as a way to hide what you own. We’d rather it showed it. Open frames, polished steel, surfaces at eye level — these pieces assume your things are worth looking at, which is a completely different brief.
Trays, frames, holders, burners, things with no obvious job at all.
The category that has to justify itself hardest, and the one where moodier is least diluted. Nothing here is necessary. Everything here is the thing a visitor picks up and asks about. If you want to know what this brand actually is, start in this one.
WHAT WE BELEIVE.
A single object with an odd proportion, or a colour that shouldn't work, will change a room more than an entire coordinated delivery. It's usually cheaper, too.
Some of what we sell costs twenty-five dollars and some of it costs two thousand. The twenty-five dollar one isn't the lesser object. It's just smaller.
It doesn't have to be consistent, photographable or finished. It has to be yours — which nearly always means one or two things in it that a visitor asks about.
Our pieces are produced by a small number of workshops overseas and most ship to you directly from there, so orders take 14–28 days rather than two. You get tracking as soon as it moves and an email from us if anything stalls.
Most sales are final — we're small and we can't absorb change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, we put it right. And we'd much rather answer a question before you order than after.
Lamps, ceramics, and objects with an actual point of view, priced like objects instead of art. Your home deserves a personality.
