Payment card information is always encrypted in transit; other content you send us may travel over networks unencrypted and be adapted to technical requirements along the way.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING AND DESCRIPTIONS

We try hard to describe and photograph everything accurately, and every product page carries its dimensions, materials and lead time. We can't guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly as they are in a room.

Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities per person, household or order, and we may limit or refuse sales to any person or region at our discretion. We don't warrant that a product will meet your expectations — but if it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out exactly what we'll do about it.

4. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND DISPUTES

You confirm what you send is yours to send, isn't unlawful or abusive, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
